A lot has happened with my year and it’s finally about to end. 2011 hasn’t been so good to me. I was broken-hearted, I fooled someone’s heart and my own, people making rumors about me, hurting me and hating me, problems with my family, did things I regret but learned to move on from it. Yet with all that has happened to me this year, it strengthened my mind and my heart. Every bad memory I had were over-looked by good ones. I met a lot of people, who just ended up hating me, but I also gained new friends and experiences.
- I joined track-and-field and couldn’t believe I could run 1,500meters.
- Went to manila on my own for the first time for just 2days to meet my sisters, nieces, nephews and brother-in-law
- I watched the Azkalz game at Panaad with my boyf before.
- I received a surprise bouquet of flowers delivered to me while I was on duty at the Post Operating Room for the first time during Valentine’s Day from my boyf before
- Was left behind by my boyf and broke up with him during our 3years and 3rd monthsary
- Transferred to a new dorm
- Got really skinny
- Had a cyber chat relationship with a hometown friend who was working at Saudi Arabia
- Went to Dumaguete City with Dad, Sister, Yaya and Cousin and visited my brother-in-laws hometown at Zambuangita (Had so much fun!)
- Went to Cebu City on my own for the first time to meet cyber bf
- Felt really lost and and dumb, thinking I wasn’t inlove anymore
- Went to Guerrero Farm with classmates
- Met cyber bf’s friends and new roommate/friend, Miguel
- Broke up with cyber bf and hated everything!
- Started to fall IN LOVE again - Miguel
- Went to Lucky Break with Miguel and fell more IN LOVE with him
- Felt so down with people hating me and making rumors about me
- Having one on one conversations with Miguel and drank margaritas with him
- Ate at a lot of different places with Miguel and tasted different kinds of food for the first time
- Watched Friends With Benefits, our first movie date together
- Played soccer for the Pheonix Cup and met new friends :)
- Said YES to Miguel after eating burger at Dalum Balay October 8. <3
- Jogged at Panaad with Miguel for the first time
- Stayed one night at Iloilo City with Miguel and his family and met them for the first time. Then went to Boracay the next day for 3days, for the first time! (BEST!)
- Gained weight
- Went to Starbucks Bacolod for the first time with Aiza and Gretchen
- Got really drunk and wasted for the first time
- Got sick and threw Up 5 times
- Went to a lot of pet shops and bought guinea pigs with Miguel
- Went to dawn masses with Miguel and sadly skipped 1 out of the 9 masses
- Enjoyed the rest of December with Sister, Yaya, Friends, Miguel and his family
2011 couldn’t get any better after meeting Miguel. I was completely lost before I had him, then everything fit into place like pieces of puzzles. The year wouldn’t have been the same without him and I thank God for that. Every moment with him is an adventure and every time spent next to him is love.
So long rocky road and bitter sweet 2011. High hopes for 2012!
